Our friends in Austin can find Moonshine Sweet Tea crew members before each University of Texas home game at “Mike’s Tailgate”. For more than ten years, the crew has been cooking up delicious food for Longhorn fans. The tailgate is named in honor of Michael Sena – a true Longhorn booster, who passed away in July of 2006, after a brave two-year battle against cancer. Mike’s Tailgate Crew is dedicated to keeping the tradition going and has become one of the largest and most successful private tailgates to gather before every Texas’ home game. Money raised from the entry fee goes toward a scholarship fund for Mike’s daughter, Samantha – a future Longhorn!
