(January 25, 2018) Moonshine Sweet Tea isn’t holding back in 2018! We are proud to announce that your favorite southern-style sweet tea is now available at ALL 10 Tacodeli locations in Texas, including 5 in Austin (home sweet home), 2 in Dallas, 2 in Plano, and 1 location in Houston.
Both Moonshine Sweet Tea and Tacodeli were founded here in Austin, Texas with a deep commitment to honest, natural ingredients and family roots. Tacodeli first opened in 1999, but their story starts in Mexico City with their founder Roberto. Roberto’s love for the authentic taqueria, along with his beloved childhood memories, is what inspires Tacodeli’s amazing menu we know and love today.
Much like the story of Moonshine Sweet Tea, the search for honest, fresh ingredients COMBINED with strong family values is what makes Tacodeli such a special partner. On top of sharing similar stories, both companies share a passion for active community engagement. Our mission goes beyond selling tacos and sweet tea– it’s about making a positive impact in the lives of our customers, giving back through volunteering, donating and providing the BEST quality food we can.
